Maggie Lichaa

Sydney, Australia

I am a Catholic coach, mother, and leader, called to walk alongside women who carry responsibility for others - at home, at work, in their communities, and within their own hearts - helping them find clarity, steadiness, and a life aligned with their deepest values and calling. My work is guided by the Church’s vision of human formation as a grace-filled journey of interior renewal. I believe leadership is measured not by title or position, but by presence, responsibility, and the influence we carry in our daily lives. Many women lead in quiet, sacrificial ways - supported and affirmed in ways that may not always be visible. I am particularly drawn to walking alongside women in seasons of discernment, transformation, or inner unrest, helping them listen more deeply to God’s invitation and respond with freedom, clarity, and faith. My coaching blends evidence-based human behaviour disciplines with a faith-led approach to human flourishing, creating space for reflection, discernment, and faithful response. Motherhood has been my most profound teacher, deepening my faith, presence, and reverence for the slow, hidden work of formation.

Andrea Marie Mikolajczak

California , USA

I am a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach and Therapeutic Musician gifted in the expressive arts. As a wife, musician, and creative professional, I am drawn to accompanying others as they seek clarity, peace, and renewed purpose. I believe that when the mind, heart, and body are calm, God’s voice becomes easier to hear and discern. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or uncertain about their next step. I support clients in discernment, life transitions, emotional regulation, creativity, and faith-centered mindset renewal. My approach integrates prayer, evidence-based relaxation techniques, reflective listening, and practical action steps grounded in Catholic teaching. For ten years, I served patients at a cancer center, offering therapeutic music, art, and thrivor coaching during difficult seasons. After twenty-nine years in the entertainment industry, I felt called into work that fully embraces my faith. My husband and I play music for rescue animals in Los Angeles and bring our three-legged rescue Shih Tzu everywhere as a reminder of resilience and gratitude.

Lisa Valoppi-Carter

Michigan, USA

I am a Catholic wife, mother of 2 sons, and long-time small business owner serving others through entrepreneurship and personal development since 2008. My path began with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Social Relations and early work as a counselor specializing in stress-management and essential life skills. Those years formed the foundation of how I accompany people today—with compassion, clarity, and deep respect for the whole person. As a Certified Catholic coach, I support small business owners, professionals, and individuals seeking greater peace, purpose, and alignment. My work blends practical strategy with personal transformation, drawing from nearly two decades in the tech and small-business space alongside my background in human behavior and emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in the Catholic Faith and the belief that Peace, Love, and Joy are possible in every season. When I’m not coaching, I cherish time with my husband of 31 years, our two sons, and our beloved pets. If you’re ready to move toward a life aligned with who God created you to be, I’d be honored to walk with you.
