Is part of your life confusing, exhausting, overwhelming, or even unbearable?

Mission

GIANNA Coaches exists to accompany individuals toward clarity, discovery, and growth—grounded in Christ and guided by the wisdom of the Catholic faith.

About Us

Seeing life more clearly in the light of Christ

Inspired by the life of St. Gianna Beretta Molla—wife, mother, physician, and saint—we believe holiness is lived in the ordinary. Faith and vocation, sacrifice and joy, strength and tenderness are not opposites, but companions on the Christian journey.

The GIANNA Coaches accompany individuals navigating the real questions of daily life.

Each GIANNA Coach brings distinct charisms, training, and professional experience, offering clear perspectives and areas of support within a shared Catholic foundation.

At GIANNA, coaching is not about fixing or striving. It is about accompaniment—creating a prayerful, respectful space where clarity can emerge, discernment can unfold, and authentic growth can take root in Christ.

G — Grounded in Christ

All that we do flows from Christ. Our coaching is rooted in prayer, Scripture, the sacramental life, and the teachings of the Catholic Church. We trust that true and lasting change begins with grace.

I — Integrated Life & Mindset

We honor the integration of faith and daily life. Spiritual, emotional, relational, and vocational dimensions are deeply connected, and our coaching supports a unified, whole-person approach.

A — Accompaniment

We walk with, not ahead of. Following the Church’s call to accompaniment, we respect each person’s freedom, pace, and season, offering presence and guidance without control or agenda.

N — Nurturing Growth

Each person bears the image of God. We accompany individuals with care and respect, honoring both gifts and challenges as opportunities for growth, clarity, and forward movement.

N — Non-judgmental Presence

Our coaching spaces are marked by compassion, discretion, and deep listening. We seek to reflect Christ’s mercy and truth together, without judgement or assumption.

A — Anchored in Truth

Growth is not perfection or performance. It is rooted in truth—about God, the human person, and one’s unique calling. We support growth that is grounded in conscience, guided by faith, and oriented toward faithful living rather than passing trends or external pressure.

“Be transformed by the renewal of your mind.”
— Romans 12:2
